How much does a website cost?
Three plans: Starter is $399 up front plus $39/month, Business is $699 plus $79/month, and Premium is $1,299 plus $149/month. The setup fee covers designing and building the site; the monthly fee covers hosting, security, edits, and keeping everything running. Pay annually and the monthly rate drops (for example, Business goes from $79 to $60/month).
Why is there a monthly fee?
Because a website isn’t a one-time purchase — it needs hosting, an SSL certificate, backups, security updates, and someone to change things when your hours or prices do. Your monthly plan covers all of it in one predictable number, plus a set of content edits each month. You run your business; we handle the website.
Do I own my website?
Yes. On the Business and Premium plans, ownership of the website we build for you transfers to you on payment and delivery. On Starter, ownership transfers after six consecutive paid monthly billing cycles — or you can buy it outright at any point with the $99 Early Ownership Purchase. Ownership covers the website we built for you; it doesn’t include our hosting infrastructure, internal tools, reusable components, or third-party software, which stay with us or their licensors.
What happens if I stop paying?
If a payment fails we’ll let you know and give you a 14-day window to sort it out. If it stays unpaid past that, we may suspend the site until the account is current. We’d much rather talk to you first — if money is tight temporarily, ask us about a hardship arrangement.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again; your service runs through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Monthly payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan early, we recalculate what you used at the standard monthly rate and refund the remainder.
Who owns and pays for the domain?
In most cases you register and own your domain, which means it’s yours no matter what — we just configure it for you at no extra charge. If you’d rather we register and manage it on your behalf, we can, and you can request a transfer within 30 days if you ever leave.
How long does a website take?
Most sites go from kickoff to launch within a few weeks, depending on the plan and how quickly we get content and feedback from you. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before work starts.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes — hosting, SSL, and backups are included in every monthly plan. Each plan comes with a storage and monthly traffic allowance (5 GB / 50 GB on Starter, 15 GB / 150 GB on Business, 30 GB / 500 GB on Premium), which is far more than a typical small-business site uses. If you ever outgrow it, we’ll quote the extra rather than surprise you with an overage bill.
Will my website actually show up on Google?
Every plan is built with local SEO in mind — proper page structure, your Google Business Profile, and (on Business and Premium) service and location pages aimed at what people in your area actually search for. What we won’t do is promise you a #1 ranking or a specific number of calls; nobody honest can.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes — redesigns are one of the most common things we do. We’ll look at what you have, work out what’s costing you customers, and rebuild it into something faster, clearer, and easier to find.
What counts as a monthly edit?
Text changes, swapping images, color and typography tweaks, spacing, minor layout adjustments, and general content updates — the everyday stuff. Bigger work like new pages, a redesign, e-commerce, booking systems, or custom features is quoted separately so you always know the cost before we start.
What happens after the site launches?
We check everything across devices, make sure the domain, hosting, and SSL are connected properly, and walk you through the finished site. After that your monthly plan keeps it hosted, secure, updated, and supported.
Do you work with businesses outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We’re based in Las Vegas and know the local market best, but planning calls, reviews, and feedback all work fine over video, phone, or email — so where you’re based isn’t a barrier.
